Rustic Pathways Service Scholarships are competitive scholarships that enable students to obtain financial aid to cover part or all of the program fee. Applicants must be first-time Rustic travelers who meet our financial need criteria. Scholarships are available for a select number of programs.
The 2018 Service Scholarship application is now closed. Applicants will be notified about the status of their application by April 13th, 2018.

Deadlines
Round 1: The first round of our 2018 Service Scholarship application opened on October 17, 2017 at 12:00am PST and closed on November 30, 2017 at 11:59pm PST. All applicants who applied before December 1st will be notified about the status of their application by December 15, 2017.
Round 2: The second round is now open as of December 1, 2017 at 12:00am PST. It will close again on March 19, 2018 at 11:59pm PST. These applicants will be notified by April 13th, 2018.

Students and families must be active participants in this process and fundraise throughout the year to meet their estimated financial contribution. To estimate your financial contribution, consider the airfare, visa, spending money, and vaccination costs associated with your selected program country.
