We aim to conform to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA and other relevant accessibility standards. Our goal is continuous improvement.

What We’ve Done So Far

  • Keyboard navigation support
  • High‑contrast mode options
  • “Skip to main content” links to help screen‑reader and keyboard users
  • Automated audits and periodic manual reviews of our site
  • Integration of accessibility into our design and development processes, including team training

Known Issues & What We’re Working On

While we are making strong efforts, some parts of our site may still not fully meet our accessibility standards. For example:

  • Some images may be missing alternative text.
  • Some documents (e.g., PDFs) may not yet be fully accessible.
  • New website features may not yet be fully optimized for assistive technologies.

We appreciate your patience and are continuously working to remediate these items.

Browser & Assistive Technology Compatibility

Our site is designed to work with major modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and assistive technologies including screen readers and keyboard‑only navigation. If you have an issue with a particular device, browser or assistive tool combination, please let us know.

Review & Enforcement

We conduct internal accessibility reviews at least annually and adjust our remediation roadmap accordingly.
