Keegan Kennedy
Southeast Asia Regional Manager
Keegan has taught, studied, and researched in Thailand for more than a decade and joined Rustic in 2011. From northern California, he completed his master’s thesis on the effects of forest fires on floral and fungal communities. Keegan is fluent in written and spoken Thai and Lao and brings his deep knowledge of Southeast Asia’s history and culture to our Southeast Asia operations.
John Cody
Thailand, Laos, & Myanmar Groups Manager
John graduated from Providence College and has been living in Thailand since 2013. He taught conversational English at public high schools before his start at Rustic Pathways in the summer of 2015, where he has since been program leading throughout Southeast Asia. He is the youngest of nine children and enjoys reading, running, and photography.

Senior Program Manager - Medical Programs
This soft-spoken Udon Thani native has been a student favorite on Rustic Pathways programs for over a decade. As our resident certified Wilderness Medicine Instructor, Chet manages the curriculum instruction and medical service projects on our Medical Service programs. Chet has led Rustic Programs all around the world, and he has attended advanced medical training in the USA with Wilderness Medical Associates, our official partner for our Medical programs. With his extensive experience around the world and his passion for sharing his country with students from around the world, Chet is a certified Rustic legend!
Panchida 'Oy' Taweepornwuttipong
Senior Ticketing Manager
Originally from Chiang Mai, Oy graduated from the Christian University of Thailand with a degree in Business Management. With over ten years of experience in the travel industry, she enjoys helping others get acquainted with the sights and wonders of her home country. A diligent and detail-oriented worker, Oy manages all flight logistics for our operation across Southeast Asia.
