Our experienced trip leaders accompany students 24/7 on all programs. Acting as both a favorite teacher and a trusted guide, our leaders ensure each Rustic Pathways student is safe, engaged, and enjoying their experience. They serve as role models, dedicated to creating the best possible program for students.

Our trip leaders come from diverse backgrounds, including teaching, experiential learning, education, service learning, wilderness training, and international development. We conduct in-country training for both new and returning leaders to uphold the highest standards in safety and student engagement, inspiring students to achieve more.

Student Summer Trips for Teens: Group Size

Our average group size is 15 people. Some programs for younger students are smaller, while those for older teens may be larger. Each program size is smaller than a typical high school class, fostering fun group bonding during the in-country experience. For specifics on your program, contact Rustic Pathways.
