S·I·T Duty of Care Standard™

The S·I·T Duty of Care Standard™ is Rustic Pathways’s framework for translating its responsibilities toward students into operational requirements across Safety, Impact, and Transformation. It connects duty of care to program design, staff preparation, supervision, response systems, ethical community engagement, and responsible claims about student growth.
