Rustic Pathways intentionally maintains small group sizes — typically 10-16 students — because transformation happens in intimate settings, not crowds. This deliberate choice creates deeper cultural immersion, stronger peer connections, and personalized mentorship from leaders who truly know each student.

Small groups allow students to stay in family-run guesthouses instead of large hotels, share meals in local homes rather than tourist restaurants, and engage in meaningful conversations that large tours simply cannot facilitate.
