Program prices range from $1,500 to $14,995 depending on destination, duration, and program type. All prices are all-inclusive: accommodations, meals, activities, in-country transportation, travel medical insurance, visa support, and 24/7 staff supervision. Airfare is quoted separately during enrollment.

Rustic Pathways accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. ACH payments require a U.S. bank routing number (9 digits) and account number, both found on any personal check.
Can I Pay in Installments?
Rustic Pathways offers two payment plan options.
4PAY Plan for Student Travel Programs
Divides total cost into four equal installments over six weeks. Available until 73 days before departure. The enrollment fee is added to the first installment; installments 2 through 4 charge automatically on scheduled dates.
Example: A 23-day Thailand service program at $6,995 breaks down to $1,748.75 per installment, paid four times over six weeks.
Monthly Payment Plan for Group Travel Programs
Spreads payments across multiple months for families who enroll early. Available up to 23 months before program start. Families set their own schedule within the enrollment portal.
Both plans require an enrollment fee at booking. The enrollment fee starts at $0 for early enrollments and increases by $100 each month closer to departure, rewarding families who plan ahead.

How Do International Families Pay?

What Happens If I Need to Cancel?
Rustic Pathways provides full refunds within 24 hours of enrollment for all program types. After the initial window, refund eligibility depends on program season.

All refunds exclude the enrollment fee and any booked airfare. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to cancel@rusticpathways.com. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
Program changes after the cancellation deadline incur a $750 revision fee and result in credit rather than refund.
