#GoodNewsTues - Program Updates for October 25

This week two sessions for a new Spring Break program in Hawaii have been added. Here are the details.

Hawaii Spring Break

This program will immerse students in Hawaii’s largest and most biodiverse island. They’ll explore ‘makai’ [the ocean], while surfing and snorkeling. They’ll also trek through the ‘mauna’ [the mountains] for land restoration projects.

Throughout the program, students will learn about the importance of being self-sufficient while dwelling on a remote island chain. They’ll also enjoy a glimpse into the unique celestial navigation that ancient Hawaiians used to navigate the world’s oceans.
