Sacred Valley Service

Sacred Valley Service

Get ready for two weeks of eye-opening community service, cultural immersion, and adventure near Machu Picchu. Immerse yourself in off-the-beaten-track villages in the Sacred Valley and work alongside the friendly locals on important service projects. You will live in home stays and camp in rural villages, and assist on a potable water project under the guidance of community members. Come play with local children, mountain bike through Andean peaks, explore traditional textile markets, and hike the Incan ruins of Machu Picchu.

IMPORTANT NOTE: July 16th is a Phone Free Session. We’re introducing phone-free sessions in 2019 to encourage students to completely immerse in their experiences this summer with Rustic. Students are allowed to bring their phones and use them as cameras, but internet access won’t be permitted during these sessions. The July 16th session of this program is phone free!
