Animal lovers will find a home away from home in Colorado. Begin your journey in the mile-high city of Denver, where you’ll learn about wildlife conservation from experts at the Denver Zoo. From there you’ll follow the foothills to Garden of the Gods, with a stop for an out-of-this-world rock climbing and rappelling adventure. When you hit the Great Sand Dunes National Park you’ll be on the lookout for wolves, bobcats, and coyotes. Then you’ll head southwest to make a stop in the hot springs before heading to Mesa Verde National Park. Learn about about the efforts in place to preserve and maintain Colorado’s most precious wildlife.
