Student Travel Programs in the United States
Rustic Pathways has been operating programs in the United States since 2006. One theme each of our United States programs shares is the idea of home. Some students work with refugee children who are assimilating into a new home, some help the residents of New Orleans rebuild their homes, and some learn to feel at home amid the vast natural beauty of our national parks. International students gain new perspectives about the United States, and American students often feel as though they are really getting to know their home country for the first time.
The United States is as beautiful and diverse as any country in the world. Explore the last frontier of Alaska or California’s vast national parks. Experience the vibrant energy and sounds of New Orleans or the history and complexity of the nation’s capitol in Washington, D.C.
