Rustic Pathways Named to Outside Magazine's Best Places to Work for Third Year in a Row

Outside Magazine named Rustic Pathways to its annual list of Best Places to Work for the third consecutive year.

Rustic took the 46th spot on the list, which ranked the top 50 companies.

“Our formula for being a best place to work is creating an amazing community of staff who collaborate to create life-changing experiences for our students while positively impacting communities around the world,” said Rustic CEO Chris Stakich.

Another 50 companies were also listed as honorable mention recipients.

“Winning companies provide great workplaces for employees and encourage a balance between work and enjoying life in the great outdoors, while also respecting the environment,” the Outside news release announcing the winners stated. “The winning companies are those that value productivity in combination with an active, eco-conscious lifestyle, for a fulfilling experience inside and outside the office.”

The Outside story mentioned travel, a remote work environment, and free programs for their children as some of the best perks for Rustic staff. It also highlighted Rustic’s unique Flight Leader program, which allows staff to travel for free each summer as they accompany students to destination countries around the world.
