What countries have you traveled to?

I’ve gone to France, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Korea.

How has your international experience evolved to make you an even more valuable addition to the Rustic Pathways team?

Having a chance to travel internationally has allowed me to see what from the traveler’s point of view, what you will get and experience while traveling. For example, what level of products and services are provided at each destination and provider? It was helpful to see as a traveler what is the worth of money spending on a trip. By knowing all that and gathering together the information, you would see what you can offer as a tour operator and where the quality should be while providing the service.

How did you get involved with Rustic Pathways?

I was recruited as a General Manager for Rustic Pathways Thailand.

How long have you been working with Rustic Pathways?

I have been working with the team for 2 years.

What is the most fulfilling aspect of your job?

Management! I feel that I can use all my skills to assist the company to achieve goals.

I also love traveling and used to run a travel show for Thailand destination for 2 years.

What do you like most about Rustic Pathways?

I like that we try to be the best of what we do! I also like the team and the culture.

What makes Rustic Pathways different from other international program providers?

To me, I think what can make us unique and different are the people within the team who deliver the program to the students, and also the quality of the support team. We care and we do the best to support people who work on the front line.

They are energetic, fun and educational!

What has been one of your favorite moments at Rustic Pathways?

Every single moment is wonderful. I appreciate an opportunity to be part of the team.

What is your favorite project you have worked on and why?

Any project that we help and contribute to the local people are my favorite. I love the idea of sharing and helping each other

How did you first go about getting a global perspective?

I think people are all the same but being able to think will make people different.

How do you stay focused on Rustic’s mission to positively impact lives and communities around the world?

It is all in me. Because I love helping people, sharing and educating people.

Why do you view travel as an essential part of every education?

Because it is a direct experience that people will remember for the rest of their life.

What makes you proud to work at Rustic Pathways?

It is a new working environment where happiest is all around. We are part of creating a new generation.
