Rustic Pathways Is One of the Best Places to Work...and Outside Magazine Agrees

Rustic Pathways is excited and honored to be named one of Outside Magazine’s Top 100 Best Places to Work in 2016.

According to Outside, this list “showcases companies that make employee health and happiness a point of pride.”

Maybe we’re biased, but Rustic exemplifies these qualities by allowing us to work from literally anywhere and providing free travel perks. Rustic also facilitates a tight-knit company culture of respect, encouragement, and friendship by hosting annual team and company-wide gatherings in the countries where we operate programs. In fact, there’s such a strong bond between us, that we have an ongoing WhatsApp texting group whose members live all around the world, from Jaipur to Jackson Hole.

“At Rustic Pathways, we aim to positively change the lives of our clients, staff, and community partners through education, travel and philanthropy,” said Rustic CEO Chris Stakich. “We understand that people spend more time at work than they do with their friends, families, or on themselves. Therefore, we believe it is critical to create a company culture that promotes health, happiness, and lifelong learning.”

Thank you, Outside Magazine, for recognizing Rustic as one of the best! We’re proud to have made the list along with some awesome companies around the country. You can read more about the list and the other nominees here.
