We had an incredible summer and it was all thanks to our amazing students, staff, and families. Thank you for trying new things, getting dirty during service, and stepping far out of your comfort zone so you could explore the world Rustic-style. Summer may be over but we are already gearing up for Summer 2016 and it’s going to be EPIC. Have you seen our new programs? You could be exploring Cuba, going off the map in Alaska, or calling the shots while backpacking in Peru. Get ready for another unforgettable adventure!

More than a decade of program leader experience, fluency in Spanish, and commitment to community service make Kelly a natural fit to direct our Peru operations. Previously, Kelly worked in Costa Rica with indigenous communities and turtle conservation efforts after joining Rustic in 2008. Originally from New Jersey, Kelly earned a degree in journalism from American University in Washington, D.C.
