Introducing the first Rustic Pathways Foundation Alumni Advisory Board

The Rustic Pathways Foundation is excited to announce our first-ever Alumni Advisory Board.

This is an exciting new initiative aimed at engaging our most active alumni, providing exciting skill-building opportunities, and helping to push the Foundation toward our highest-impact year.

The Alumni Advisory Board is comprised of six inspiring Rustic Pathways students who were among the top fundraisers for the Rustic Pathways Foundation in 2015 and 2016. Collectively, these students raised more than $50,000, which has gone directly to projects in the communities where Rustic travels. The students meet regularly with the Foundation Board of Directors to provide advice about strategic initiatives.

“As the Foundation grows, the Alumni Advisory Board will play a critical role enhancing the impact of Foundation projects, supporting new Development Ambassadors, and helping us raise more funds than ever before,” said Foundation Board of Directors member Robb Gibson.

Alumni Advisory Board members were also selected because they wanted to stay involved with the Foundation and will serve as mentors to new student Development Ambassadors raising money to support our projects.

If you’re interested in getting involved with the Foundation, create a fundraising page and become a Development Ambassador today to support one of the 14 ongoing projects in the communities where our students travel. Toward the end of the year, we’ll start taking applications for the next Alumni Advisory Board.

On behalf of the Rustic Pathways Foundation and the Board of Directors, please join us in welcoming the Alumni Advisory Board members!

Follow the lead of our first Alumni Advisory Board and get involved with the Rustic Pathways Foundation. Donate, become a Development Ambassador and fundraise for one of our 14 projects, or attend an event. There are so many ways to support our community partners.
